Use the same email you subscribed with. If you don't remember your password, go to the login screen and request the recovery link: it arrives by email and works once.
If you just subscribed and never set a password, look for the welcome email — the link to create one is there.
Price alerts and calendar reminders arrive as phone notifications. If you're not getting them:
Your APEX Flow Pro subscription is managed from your account, under My account. There you can see your plan, when it renews, and for how much.
To cancel: go to cancel subscription. Billing stops and you keep access until the period you already paid for ends. No need to write to anyone or wait for a reply.
You can delete your account and your data yourself, without requesting it by email, from delete account. Before anything is deleted, any pending charge is stopped.
It's a real, permanent deletion: your user and personal data are removed. If you had a trading account connected, it gets unlinked.
The connection is read-only: APEX Flow reads your trade history to measure your discipline, and it can't place trades or move funds. You grant the authorization on your broker's screen, and you can revoke it anytime from there.
