APEX Flow is an educational support tool intended for people who are at least 18 years old and who study or practice trading in financial markets. Its purpose is exclusively educational: to help users understand their own activity through metrics, context and organized information.

APEX Flow is not, and must not be construed as, any of the following services: financial or investment advice, portfolio management, securities intermediation or brokerage, custody of funds or securities, or a payment service. The owner is not registered or authorized as a financial institution and does not provide any of those regulated services.
All information, metrics, calculations, training material and content available in APEX Flow are provided for exclusively educational and informational purposes, in a general manner and without taking into account the financial situation, objectives or personal circumstances of any particular user.
Accordingly:
Trading in financial markets, especially with leveraged instruments such as derivatives or contracts for difference, carries a high risk of loss, which may extend to the entire capital invested. Past results, whether one's own or those of others, neither guarantee nor make it possible to predict future results. Users must trade only with capital they can afford to lose.
The connection between APEX Flow and the user's trading account is, by technical design, read-only: the service cannot open or close trades, modify orders, move funds or access the user's money in any way. Its function is limited to reading the account history and status in order to calculate the metrics displayed.
Access to the public sections of the website is open. Use of the features that require an account requires prior registration and acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
The service is intended exclusively for people who are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.
Users undertake to make lawful and proper use of the website and the applications and, in particular, not to damage or impair the service, not to introduce malicious code, not to attempt to access restricted areas or data, not to carry out bulk or automated extraction of content, and to respect intellectual and industrial property rights.
The mobile applications are distributed through the official Google and Apple stores and, in the case of the installable web application, from the website itself. Use of the applications is also subject to the terms of the platform from which they are downloaded.
The contents of the service—texts, educational materials, images, videos, design, interface and source code—are the property of the owner or are used under the corresponding license. Their reproduction, distribution, transformation or public communication without express written authorization is prohibited.
The name APEX Flow is registered as a trademark in the Plurinational State of Bolivia. Outside that territory, the owner reserves all rights to which the owner is entitled over the owner's distinctive signs under the legislation applicable in each jurisdiction, including those arising from their use in commerce.
The owner is likewise responsible for the educational project APEX Academy, whose distinctive signs and contents are likewise reserved.
Third-party trademarks that may appear in the service—including, among others, cTrader and those of compatible brokers—belong to their respective owners. They are mentioned solely for the purpose of identifying the technical compatibility of the service and do not imply any sponsorship, endorsement, commercial relationship or recommendation, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Market data, quotes and economic information come from external providers and from the user's own account with their broker. The owner is not the original source of that information.
The service may contain links to third-party websites or integrate external services. The owner does not control those websites and is not responsible for their content, availability or policies. The existence of a link does not imply any recommendation of, or relationship with, the linked website.
The owner takes reasonable measures to keep the service available, secure and without errors, but does not guarantee its uninterrupted availability or the complete absence of failures, delays or inaccuracies.

The owner is not liable for financial losses arising from the user's investment decisions, nor for damages resulting from use of the service contrary to the provisions of this notice or of the Terms and Conditions.

This legal notice is governed by the laws of the Plurinational State of Bolivia. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia.
