APEX Flow · Essential and Pro

Your trading,
no excuses.

What the market is doing, how you actually trade, and whether you're keeping your own rules — measured, not opinion, with your account read-only.

No account, no card, $0.

The Lab analyzes any instrument you trade — 1,939 is Pepperstone's measured catalog. Live prices cover what the community trades and grow on their own: every new instrument gets added to the catalog. And your trading is measured no matter what hour you trade, in any market — Tokyo and Sydney included: the sessions listed above are simply the ones that also have their own stats for that time slot.

How it all connects

The trader's triangle

Trading well isn't one thing: it's three separate questions, and they only add up together.

1 Market

What's the environment doing?

How much this instrument moves at this hour compared to its own history, what volatility regime it's in, and how it relates to the others. Without this, you don't know if today is normal or exceptional.

2 My trading

What am I doing, and where?

Your actual trades read from your account: which instruments, days, and hours you do differently on, how much risk you take, and how your curve behaves. Without this, the market is information with no mirror.

3 Discipline

Am I doing what I said I would?

Your own rules — stops, limits, hours, how many trades — checked against what you actually did. With this, you know whether what you did was your plan.

Most tools solve one corner very well. With only one, you can read the market precisely and still not know whether you're trading well in that context, or follow your rules to the letter while they ignore what's happening outside. APEX Flow puts all three on one screen.

PRO plan

Connect your account and look at your numbers straight on

APEX Flow Pro reads your account read-only — it can't trade or move a cent — and turns your history into something you can actually read. It's the full list, not a summary: the three corners, feature by feature.

Works with any cTrader account — Axiory, BlackBull Markets, FP Markets, Fusion Markets, FxPro, GO Markets, IC Markets, Pepperstone, TopFX, Tradeview Markets and many more.

1

Market

out there, now

  • Market context How much an instrument moves at this hour compared to its own history: percentiles by session minute and volatility regime. It opens on the instruments in your list, and if one's missing, just ask: we'll measure it and it'll show up. Today there are 18 instruments.
  • Relationships between instruments Which instruments move together and which move opposite. It helps you avoid taking the same exposure twice without realizing it: two pairs that rise together aren't two trades, they're one. Every number comes with the sample size behind it.
  • Expected volatility How much movement the market is pricing in for today, translated into points on your instrument and compared against what actually happened over hundreds of sessions. It's for sizing your stop and position size, not for guessing direction.
  • Market sessions The same instrument viewed in London, New York, or Tokyo, whichever applies. The same question gives a different answer depending on the session, and that's visible. Your own trading, on the other hand, is measured at whatever hour you trade.
  • Prices from your broker Not a generic source: prices come from your own broker, with its instrument names and grouped by its own sections.
  • Your instrument list You build it, and it's saved to your account, not to the browser: the same list on your phone and your computer.
  • Price alerts You get a notification on your phone when an instrument hits the value you set. It works even with the app closed.
  • News and calendar Every news item translated and explained: what happened, why it matters, and what to watch. Filtered by what you follow, with a heads-up before the macro events you flagged. In the calendar, every event shows you how many of your instruments it affects.

My trading

what I did

  • Your connected account cTrader in read-only mode. The Lab can't open, close, or modify anything — and you're the one who cuts the connection from the app whenever you want.
  • Live Your currently open positions: floating result, R reached, and whether you've already moved your stop to breakeven.
  • Performance Your real balance curve and your actual drawdown — the most you ever lost from a peak, not a smoothed-out average.
  • Trade by trade Every trade with its full story, including MAE and MFE: how far it went against you and how far in your favor before closing.
  • Risk How much you put on the line on a single day — not what you lost, what you risked: a day that went well could still have been reckless. Plus position-size consistency and what commissions and swaps actually cost you — deducted, not ignored.
  • Instruments Where you do better and where you don't: by instrument, day of the week, time, duration, and session. And whether you're improving on each instrument: your first half of trades against the second, instrument by instrument.
  • By period Your result by day, week, and month, comparable with each other using the same thresholds — if each period used its own, they couldn't be compared.
  • Journal and calculator A journal connected to your real trades and the day's events. A calculator with your broker's actual specs: the value per pip comes from your own closed trades, not a standard. Nothing to set up by hand. History included.
  • Lab Glossary All 57 metrics explained: what each one tells you, where it comes from, and what it's for. Not a single one left untranslated.
3

Discipline

what I said

  • Your 79 rules Declare how you say you trade — stops, limits, hours, how many trades — and the Lab tells you which ones you followed and which you didn't, trade by trade. You choose which ones and how many: from just one and up.
  • Discipline score Adherence to your rules, position-size consistency, freedom from revenge trading and overtrading. Measured against your own bar, not a generic one.
  • Mind Revenge trading after a loss, overtrading, erratic lot sizing, holding losers longer than winners, and what time of day is hardest for you. Measured on your own data — not a personality test.
  • Which rule costs you the most Which of your own rules, when you break it, costs you the most money. That's the one worth tackling first.
  • Month-by-month evolution Are you improving? The answer isn't in the P&L — that one jumps around — but in two numbers month by month: how much you normally risk and, above all, what your worst trade cost you. A good streak doesn't cover one bad day.
  • Pre-trade checklist Your pre-trade checklist, tied to the day's macro events.

Who's behind it

Made by someone who trades

I'm Sergio Pando, a trader and financial educator. APEX Flow came out of a need of my own: to stop lying to myself about how I was trading. The Lab's metrics are the ones I use on my own account, not a list pulled from a book.

APEX Flow doesn't give signals or advice. It gives you context, tools, and discipline so you can make your own decisions. Trading with leverage carries a risk of loss. The results you see in your Lab are your own and don't predict future ones.
